How to Remove Grass Stains from Colored Clothes

Things that you will require:

·      Water
·      Banana oil (Amyl acetate)
·      Clean, white cloths
·      Bowl
·      Mild detergent
·      Ammonia
·      Tablespoons
·      Measuring cup

Steps that you will need to take:


1.   The grass stain may have been accompanied by dirt and debris. To clean the dirt from the clothes, rinse it with water from the back side. Let the stained area air dry. Once it has, proceed to step 2.

2.    Pour a small amount of banana oil, also known as amyl acetate, on a clean, white cloth. Banana oil is available in drug stores mainly.

3.   Now, apply this cloth on to the stained area of your clothes.

4.   Scrub the stain gently. Be careful to not ruin the fabric.

5.   Rinse the garment with hot water.

6.   Let the stain air dry.

7.   Grab a bowl; fill it with 1 cup cold water, and add 2 tablespoons mild detergent and 2 tablespoons ammonia to it. Mix the ingredients completely.

11.   Wash the garment as normal.
