1.   Take the empty bowl and add baking soda. Start by adding a few drops of water. Stir with spoon till it makes a thick paste. Make sure that you have enough paste to cover the armpit stains on the white shirts.

2.   With the spoon apply the paste to the armpit stains. Make sure it is a thin even layer. Leave the paste on for about 3-4 hours.

3.   Rinse the stains with water and put the shirts in laundry. Wash as you usually do and then let them air dry.


Method 2 (White Vinegar Method)

Method 3 (Aspirin Solution)

Aspirin isn’t just a solution for headaches, but is also quite effective when it comes to combating the yellow armpit stains left behind the sweat on a summer day. The items required for this method are easy to find and by following the simple steps you can remove the armpit stains in no time.

Things that you will require:

·      Three aspirin pills
·      Tooth brush
·      Big knife
·      Empty bowl
·      Water
·      Spoon

Steps that you will need to take:

1.   Place each aspirin pill on a flat surface and using the back of the big knife, crush the pills into powder.

2.   Now in the empty bowl add half cup of water and the aspirin pill powder. Stir the bowl so that the water and the powder mix.

3.   With the help of the spoon sprinkle the solution onto the armpit stains on the white shirt. Make use of the tooth brush by rubbing the solution into the stains. Let the stains stay soaked in the aspirin solution for about 3 hours.

4.   Now wash the shirts as you do. Make sure to check that the stains have been completely removed before tossing the shirts into the dryer.
