Method 1 (Using Paint Thinner)

Things you will be required:

·      Paint thinner.

·      Tall cup.

·      Paper to be treated

Steps:

1.   The first step should be that you pour paint thinner on a tall cup and alongside put the paper in the cup.

2.   Do not try rubbing it instead you may swish it around to get rid of the stains.

Method 2 (Using Salt)

Things you will be required:

·      Salt.

·      Water.

·      Small bowl.

·      Cotton ball.

Steps:

1.   Cover your hands first with gloves.

2.   Mix one table spoon of salt in five table spoon of water in a small bowl.

3.   Apply the solution that you made with the help of cotton ball on the stain area.

4.   Keep it applied on for no more than five minutes.

5.   With wet and clean cotton ball remove the mixture .

Method 3 (Using Nail Polish Remover)

Things you will be required:

·      Nail polish remover.

·      Cotton balls.

Steps:

1.   Apply some nail polish remover on ink stain with the help of cotton balls that is by dipping cotton balls in the solution and applying it on the stain.

2.   Wait for two minutes after which you can remove the solution off with wet cotton ball and the Ink stain will be removed.

Method 4 (Using Hair Spray)

Things you will be required:

·      Cotton swabs.

·      Hair spray.

·      Paper towels.

Steps:

1.   Before you go on cleaning place some paper towels beneath the paper that is to be treated.

2.   Pour some hair spray on the desired ink stain.

3.   Wait for two minutes after which you may remove it with the help of wet cotton swabs.

4.   Allow the paper to dry itself and the stain will be removed.

Tips and Warnings:

1.   Method one will work very effectively on ball point marks and stains as well.

2.   Wear gloves when treating ink stains.

3.   Before you go on treating your important documents a good idea will be to treat it first in sample papers so you know  exactly what amount of solutions you need to make and how to time it as well.
