1. Before

2. Just

Grade steel wool.

Gloves.

Dish soap.
·
Water.

Razor blade.
Steps:
1. Stone
cleaners are key in removing hard water stains, so it is very important to
purchase it. Other than that you should purchase alkaline duty cleanser for
granite.
2. Once
you have purchased the products mentioned in step number one, after that apply
some of the products on granite counter tops one by one and then first scrub it
with the help of brush, rub it gently with sponge and then wipe it with a piece
of cloth.
3. Chemically
chelate once applied should be removed after twenty minutes with the help of
cloth.
4. In
the end the counter tops should be rinsed effectively.
5. If
your counter top is brand new and you are afraid of using all of the above
mentioned chemicals, mixtures and solutions then in that case with the help of super fine oooo grade steel wool any
deposits on granite can be removed without using any chemicals in this case.
You can buff the hard water stains from the surface by using steel wool.
Alternately you can also use a fresh razor blade to scrap of the hard water
stains. It is very important that you wear gloves when
you are using grade steel wool.
6. Then,
with the help of dish soap and water make an effective solution and apply it on
the counter top. Keep it applied on for almost ten minutes.
7. The
Hard water Sstain will eventually be removed after a good rinse of the counter
top.
Tips and Warnings:
1. Hard
water stains on granite should be treated as soon as possible; delaying it can
make it more badly.
2. Do
not clean hard water stains with ammonia, vinegar and bleach as these cleaners
can damage the finishing of your granite.
3. When
scrubbing and rubbing make sure that you move in circular motions.
4. In
method four scrapping can also be done with the help of razor to get rid of any
residue.
